Project Description

The project involves managing the social media presence of Jetdinocom, Ganari.id, Indotek.ai, and Teduhkan.com—brands operating across different industries such as hosting services, sustainability, telecommunication AI, and eco-friendly home services. The primary focus is to enhance the user experience and brand perception across various social media platforms by tailoring content strategies unique to each brand's audience and goals.

This includes creating engaging and relevant content, responding to comments and inquiries, monitoring user feedback, and developing data-driven strategies to increase follower count, engagement rate, and brand authority. The project also involves analyzing performance metrics to refine content approaches, with the ultimate goal of leveraging social media to boost brand visibility, foster customer relationships, and drive business growth for all four brands.

Project Objectives

To increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across Instagram and other relevant social platforms for Jetdinocom, Ganari.id, Indotek.ai, and Teduhkan.com.

Project Scope

  • Social Media Strategy and Optimization
    Developing tailored social media strategies for each brand, including platform-specific content calendars, copywriting approaches, visual guidelines, and post scheduling. This also includes optimizing posts for maximum engagement and reach, and using analytics for continuous improvement.

  • Campaign Planning
    Executing campaign plans that involve researching relevant hashtags, keywords, and trends aligned with each brand’s unique voice and objectives—whether it’s promoting AI communication tools (Indotek.ai), eco-conscious living (Ganari.id), hosting services (Jetdinocom), or convenient home service booking (Teduhkan.com).

  • Analyzing and Optimizing Content
    Monitoring engagement data and refining content on social media and related website pages to improve readability, relevance, audience retention, and SEO performance.

Strategy

  • Developed optimized content pillars based on audience behavior and engagement analytics for each brand.

  • Created trend-aligned, visually cohesive content that reflects each brand’s identity and industry positioning.

  • Designed and published engagement-driven posts such as interactive stories, polls, educational carousels, and testimonials to stimulate conversations and build trust.

  • Implemented feedback loops and A/B testing to continuously fine-tune post formats, publishing times, and messaging tone across accounts.
